Terms of Service — GetAI Academy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GetAI Academy™ ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

GetAI Academy™ provides AI training courses and software tools designed for real estate professionals. Our services include:

Live cohort-based training courses (3-Week Bootcamp, 6-Week Accelerator, 12-Week Mastery Program)
AI intelligence tools accessible through membership or course enrollment
Educational resources, prompt libraries, and workflow templates

3. Course Enrollment

Course enrollment is final upon payment processing. Courses are time-limited:

3-Week Bootcamp: 21 days of tool access
6-Week Accelerator: 42 days of tool access
12-Week Mastery Program: 84 days of tool access

Tool access expires at the end of the course period unless continued through paid membership.

4. Membership

Intelligence Hub Membership is billed monthly at $50/month. Membership includes unlimited access to all AI tools, prompt library, and resources. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the customer portal.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Platform and tools in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not share your account credentials with others
Review all AI-generated content before use in professional capacity
Verify compliance of all outputs with your broker of record
Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our proprietary tools

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on the Platform are the property of GetAI Academy™ or its licensors. You may use AI-generated outputs for your professional real estate business, but you may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the Platform's underlying technology or educational content.

7. Limitation of Liability

GetAI Academy™ provides educational content and software tools "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
Compliance violations resulting from misuse of our tools
Business outcomes or results from using our platform
Third-party integrations or external services

8. Refund Policy

Course payments are non-refundable after the first live class session. Membership subscriptions are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time to prevent future charges, but current-month fees are non-refundable.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
